Years ago, I was instrumental in bringing an arts and recreation camping program for kids and teens living with HIV and AIDS to Malibu, California. As is the tendency at summer camp, nicknames were readily given and greatly enjoyed. A good friend was riffing on my last name, playing around with “Cavs,”  “Cavalicious”,  “Cavawhatnot”, etc.. .You get the idea. Anyway, by the end of that happy summer, I was known as Cavanation - and it stuck. So when we work together, feel free to call me that!
